Billing Policy: We respect your time and money and want to make sure to be open, honest, and transparent with the things you pay for while utilizing our services.

  • Here’s What We Bill For: Extended Time After Free 15 Minute Phone Consult, Service Deposit, Sessions Cancelled without 24 hours Notice, No Shows, In-Person Services Rendered, Coordinating Care with Third-Party Providers (ie: electronic, phone and in-person communication with the school, Regional Center, other support service professionals), Meeting Preparation and Attendance, Records Review, Educational Materials, Specialized Research, Reports, Assessments, Debriefs, Extended Mileage Outside of Local Area of Service, and Speaking Engagements & Trainings
  • Here’s What We Don’t Bill For: Free Initial 15 Minute Phone Consult, Service Proposal, Local Drive Time and Mileage, Logistical Communication Between Client & Terry Tutors

Service Agreement: An Agreement between Terry Tutors and the Client(s) outlining all terms of service is required

Hourly Services – 50% Deposit Must be Paid Before Services Rendered: For Hourly Services, Client must complete a 50% service deposit before any services are rendered. This deposit is to hold your scheduled session and will be applied to the first hour of completed service.

Pre-Pay Packages – Must be Paid in Full at Time of Purchase Policy: If Client chooses a package service option, payment must be made in full before services are rendered. Packages expire one-year from the date of purchase

Minimum Service Hour Policy: All services are rendered on an hourly basis with a required minimum of one hour of service per session and billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.

Our 24-Hour Notice Session Cancellation Policy: Keeping a regular schedule allows us to maintain consistency and dedication to our students, but we know life gets busy too. If for some reason you cannot attend a scheduled session just a give us a call 24 hours in advance and cancel free of charge. If we do not receive notice of cancellation 24 Hours in advance, we’ll invoice you for 1 hour of your scheduled session

No Show Policy: If your session is scheduled and you don’t show up, we will invoice you for 1 Hour of your scheduled session

Payment Upon Receipt Policy: Payment is due in full upon receipt, subject to a Late Fee Charge

$25/Day Late Fee Charge Policy: If payment is late, a Late Fee Charge of $25 will incur each day that your bill is overdue

Service Cancellation Policy: You may cancel our services at any time, pending full payment of any Services rendered. Service cancellations must be made in writing. For Pre-Pay Packages, there is a 50% cancellation fee on the remainder of your balance.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained:

  1. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected, including use of FERPA or HIPAA protected information as outlined in our release: FERPA and HIPAA Release
  2. We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law
  3. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes
  4. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned
  5. Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date
  6. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  7. We will make readily available to clients information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information

No Guarantee Policy: Our services are not guaranteed to completely correct the student’s and family’s needs. However, our services are based on sound study and communication approaches that typically lead to improvements in the student’s and family’s deficient areas.

The Standard Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, barring all relevant federal and state laws

Service Rates: Our Wraparound Support Service is a boutique service designed specifically for the Struggling Student. We provide an initial free phone consultation so you can make sure we’re the right fit for your family.
